I paint because I believe that understanding ourselves and one another changes the way we live in the world. My paintings are an invitation to spend time with the questions we often choose to avoid. What you discover in them is not for me to decide.

Life led me to psychology. It became a way to understand myself, to understand others, their motivations, and my own choices. It taught me that trauma can be passed on, but it can also be interrupted. We are not simply the outcome of our past. We have the ability to shape who we become.

Painting became the place where this philosophy found its visual form. Each work is a story told without words, one that continues in the mind of the viewer long after the first encounter.

For me, painting became a way to find my way back to myself.

For you, it may become something entirely different.

My paintings do not offer answers. They create a space where questions can emerge. A painting does not change our lives through what it shows, but through what it awakens within us.
